Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of VPSrv hosting, VPS, game server, domain and related services ordered through this website.
2. Contract formation
A contract is formed when the order is confirmed and payment is received. Services begin immediately after activation unless a later date is agreed.
3. Payment and terms
Services are prepaid per billing cycle. Invoices are due on the due date shown; overdue services may be suspended after prior notice and terminated after the grace period defined in the service settings.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their content, application security, and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
5. Availability and backups
An uptime commitment applies to hosting services (see the service description). Customers remain responsible for their own off-site backups unless a managed backup plan is ordered.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the ordered term. Notice periods and refund conditions follow Austrian consumer law where applicable.
7. Liability and law
Liability follows statutory Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law: Vienna, Austria.
