Account data you provide at registration (name, address, email), hosting service data (domains, IP assignments), billing records as required by Austrian tax law, support correspondence, and server access logs for security purposes.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for service delivery and billing; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and abuse prevention; legal obligations (Austrian tax and telecommunication law) for record keeping.
4. Retention
Billing records for the statutory retention period (7 years under Austrian law); logs up to 90 days; account data for the duration of the contract plus statutory periods.
