Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy defines what may be hosted and transmitted on VPSrv infrastructure. It protects the network, other customers and the operator's legal position.
2. Prohibited content and activity
Unlawful content; distribution of malware; spam and unsolicited bulk email; phishing and fraud; attacks on other systems (including unauthorized scanning or exploitation); cryptocurrency mining without a dedicated plan; content violating Austrian or EU law; abuse of shared resources that degrades service for others.
3. Enforcement
Suspected violations may result in throttling, suspension or termination. Illegal content is reported to the competent authorities. Customers are responsible for the actions of their own users and applications.
4. Reporting abuse
Abuse reports are handled within one business day via the contact page or a support ticket.
